We will agree formal terms of engagement, including billing policies and fee arrangements, with you in advance of our engagement. We will normally charge on a time spent basis, at hourly rates agreed with you. Naturally, we are open to discussing alternative fee arrangements, including for example monthly retainers or fixed fees for certain projects. We will always see that our fees are commensurate with the services we provide and the value we add.

We usually issue our invoices at regular intervals, mostly monthly, unless agreed otherwise with you. Before we prepare an invoice for a certain reference period or matter, we will normally provide you with a draft bill, including recorded time lines, and take your comments into consideration when finalizing our formal invoice. If requested, we will provide you with weekly or biweekly reports on the work performed.
