Our lawyers will integrate seamlessly into your project team and we will develop jointly with you strategies reducing the potential for confrontation while securing effective and acceptable solutions to real conflicts of interests. In restructuring projects with collective redundancies, we will normally suggest making use of “transfer companies” (which allow for a voluntary resignation of affected employees into a third party entity partially financed by the labor administration and the employer).
